¿Qué es Avatares de Sevilla?

Avatares de Sevilla es un proyecto artístico único, que fusiona fotografía, misticismo y estética contemporánea invitando a reinterpretar la esencia invisible de la ciudad.
Los Avatares emergen como seres imaginarios que revelan las energías espirituales ancestrales que habitan el submundo y la memoria colectiva de Sevilla.
50 fotos en gran formato, seleccionadas entre más de 1900 imágenes, conforman el núcleo de la exposición principal. Una experiencia estética y sensorial que trasciende la imagen para convertirse en una revelación.

Proyección internacional

Desde su concepción, Avatares de Sevilla ha despertado un interés creciente en los públicos y tendencias culturales y artísticos internacionales.
Actualmente se preparan exposiciones en China, Corea, España, Alemania, Santo Domingo, Colombia , consolidando el proyecto como un puente entre Oriente y Occidente.
Más que mostrar Sevilla, Avatares la transforma: convierte su identidad espiritual en una nueva narrativa visual que une lo ancestral y lo moderno, lo simbólico y lo real.

What is "Avatares de Sevilla"?
Avatares de Sevilla is an innovative artistic project that blends photography, mysticism, and culture to reinterpret the essence of Seville. Inspired by "avatars"—imaginary, mythical, and symbolic beings—this project offers a unique visual experience of the city, merging its spiritual substratum with a modern, groundbreaking, and powerful aesthetic.
The project’s visual archive consists of more than 1,800 photographs. Around 50 of the most significant images, displayed in large format, form the core of the main exhibition

The project has captured the interest of international markets, and we are currently working on exhibitions in China, Spain, Germany and Portugal.
Avatares de Sevilla surprises and leaves a lasting impression on both residents and visitors. El origen de los Avatares

“Los Avatares siempre estuvieron presentes, inquietándome y persiguiéndome, aunque desconocía su origen.”

Representaban un universo arcaico compuesto por iconos, profecías y mitos ancestrales. Espíritus que transitaban las estepas de Mongolia, las selvas infinitas o las arenas del desierto.
Inspirado por su misterio, comencé a fotografiar Sevilla desde una mirada interior. Una noche, reflejando una imagen, descubrí un rostro, una mirada, un espejo que me observaba desde el otro lado.
De esa unión nació un cosmos: seres formados por la simetría del alma y la luz de Sevilla.
Desde entonces comprendí que estas imágenes no eran solo fotografías, sino manifestaciones. Los espíritus de antiguas culturas se habían congregado en la ciudad y me permitían —por un instante— ser su testigo.
Así nació Avatares de Sevilla: una exposición donde la cámara no captura, sino que revela.

They have always been present, unsettling me and pursuing me, though I was unaware of their origin. They represented an archaic universe of icons, prophecies, and beings from diverse worlds: the steppes of Mongolia, dense jungles, petrified shadows, and African ancestors. These avatars inhabited our fantasies, fears, and hopes.

Inspired by them, I began capturing photographs of Seville that transformed the conventional perception of the city, turning them into extraordinary works. One night, following my intuition, I mirrored an image, creating a new one divided into two opposing halves. From this union, a face emerged, seemingly watching me, opening the door to a cosmos inhabited by beings from every planet.

It felt as if the spirits of ancient cultures had gathered in Seville, and their images, charged with mystical energy, granted me the privilege of being their witness. Thus, the idea of creating a unique exhibition was born.
